Our experienced Client Services Manager will take time to learn about your business and your expectations, we offer impartial advice on the services you have a duty to cover as well as the services and solutions you require for your line of business. This will provide us with the information we require to produce a package to ensure all of your requirements are met and taken care of.

Each client will have very different and specific needs, this is why we create a bespoke package by coming in to visit you to put together a proposal that will best suit you and your business. Our team can work either alongside any other maintenance contractors to fill the gaps, or as your sole maintenance/facilities provider.

Planned Maintenance Proposals will be put together following a meeting and in depth survey of your offices. The cost section of your proposal will be itemised so that you can see clearly how much each item will cost based on number of visits and normally how many items are to be serviced.

Call out rates will be based on the following:

  • Urgency
  • Access

Call out rates for each service will be provided in advance of works being set up once we have established your needs and also where we can make savings on using a multi-trade handyman for you.
