How do we collect information from you?

Any information would be obtained from direct contact from yourselves by email or telephone or by recommendation of others (Clients or contractors) of ours.

If we are carrying out works with yourselves then a selection of our standard forms will possibly need to be completed during the works with information required to complete the works.

What type of information is collected from you?

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to complete works for you and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address and telephone numbers. When we carry out works for you we will also have your invoice and delivery address and full details, this will include us having access to your bank details.

How is your information used?
We may use your information to:
• To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us, or of which you are a party
to;
• Seek your views or comments on the services we provide;
• Notify you of changes to our services;
• Processing of a job application;
• Meeting legal and Health & Safety responsibilities:
